500 Million LinkedIn Users’ Data for Sale The data includes LinkedIn IDs, full names, email addresses, phone numbers, genders, links to LinkedIn and other social media profiles, and professional titles. The hackers are selling the data for a 4-digit minimum price. LinkedIn has responded to the situation and says it was not a data breach. Instead, the company points out that hackers scraped publicly viewable member profile data from the platform....

New Netflix Plan Prices in the US and Canada The Netflix Basic plan in the US is now priced at $9.99 after a $1 price hike, the Standard plan has seen an increase in price by $1.05 and is now priced at $15.49. The Premium plan is now priced at $19.99, up from $17.99. In Canada, the Basic plan is priced at C$9.99, which is the same as before. But, the price of the Standard and the Premium plans have increased and now cost C$16....

The company confirmed this in a statement to 9to5Mac, who started investigating the topic after a discreet iMessage statement by Epic’s anti-fraud head Eric Friedman. Apple to Release a Rebranded iMac Pro in 2022 Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, in his latest Power On newsletter, suggests that Apple will release a rebranded iMac Pro that will be “bigger than the current 24-inch” iMac model. But, he adds that it will come with a similar design as the latest M1 iMac models. Hence, the upcoming iMac Pro will not come with the black side-bezels, which is a huge relief....

The Japan-based camera-maker recently filed a new patent detailing a unique touchpad that could replace the physical shutter button of a camera. This tiny touchpad will sit in the traditional place of a shutter button and will be able to detect finger movements and pressure. Now, as per the patent, the shutter touchpad will detect various finger movements of the photographer while capturing a scene. As a result, this could allow the photographer to change camera settings like ISO, shutter speed, or aperture without needing to lift the finger from the shutter area....
